Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
After 60 years of bringing world-class chamber music to Salt Lake City, we're making it easier than ever to remain part of our musical family. With auto-renewal, your subscription automatically continues each season—guaranteeing your admission, locking in your pricing and benefits, and eliminating the hassle of manual renewal. You'll always receive advance notice before renewal, and you can easily modify or cancel at any time. As a special thank you to patrons who choose auto-renewal, subscribers can enjoy a limited-time Buy One, Get One Free offer and receive one Complimentary Companion Pass or Membership for each auto-renewing subscription purchased.

When you opt into auto-renewal, your subscription or membership will automatically renew each year at the same price you pay this season. Your rate is locked in and won’t increase as long as you stay enrolled. You’ll receive a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date, and your card will only be charged after that notification. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date—no hassle, no penalty.

For each auto‑renewing Season Pass or Presidents Circle Membership purchased, you’ll receive an additional Complimentary Companion Pass or Membership free—for the 2025–26 season only. On renewal next year, you’ll be billed at your original rate for the number of passes or memberships in your initial order; companion passes will not be included. This BOGO offer applies only to the first year.

Yes, you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date with no penalties. Simply log in to your account, email us at cms@cmsofslc.org, or call 801-561-3999. Your current subscription will remain valid even if you cancel the auto-renewal for future seasons.

All Chamber Music Society concerts offer flexible, general‐admission seating—so you’re free to choose your seat when you arrive, rather than being assigned one. Standard Season Pass holders do not have assigned seats.
Presidents Circle Members
This season we’ve added a reserved VIP section just for Presidents Circle Members. While that area is held exclusively for you, individual seats within it remain unassigned. Simply choose any open seat in the VIP section—or sit elsewhere if you prefer. -
Your subscription will automatically renew 12 months from the date of your original purchase. You’ll receive a reminder email 30 days before your renewal date, and your credit card will only be charged after that reminder. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

The Presidents Circle Membership includes a VIP Season Pass, VIP Preferred Seating, one (1) Gala Dinner & Concert Ticket, two (2) Complimentary Guest Tickets to a concert of your choice ($70 value), Artist Meet-and-Greets (select events), a Presidents Circle Membership Pin & Welcome Gift, and special VIP event invitations. Your membership provides critical support to our 60th Anniversary Season and helps sustain extraordinary music experiences for our community.

After your initial order or auto-renewal payment has been processed, your tickets will be delivered via email within 1-3 business days through our ticketing partner, SimpleTix. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email from orders@simpletix.com—your tickets will arrive as a PDF attachment and can be printed or scanned directly from your phone at the door. If you don’t receive your tickets within 1-3 business days or need help, contact us at cms@cmsofslc.org or call 801-561-3999.
